The Cuban Book Chamber summons all lovers of books and literature to the 30th International Book Fair of Havana , to be held from February 10 to 20, 2022, again under the slogan "Reading is growing" , in its usual headquarters of the San Carlos de La Cabaña Military Historic Park and in the Historic Center of the city of Havana.

The literary event will pay tribute to the centenary of the birth of Carilda Oliver Labra and Jesús Orta Ruiz (el Indio Naborí) and will be dedicated to the one hundred and forty years of the publication of the poetry book Ismaelillo , by José Martí and the novel  C ecilia Valdés or La Loma del Ángel , by Cirilo Villaverde . 

On this occasion, the book festival in the country will receive the United Mexican States as a guest of honor, an opportunity to get closer to the culture of the sister nation through its literature.

As every year, the most transcendent event in the Cuban publishing sector, a stage for contact with literature and its authors, also becomes a space for the unequaled enjoyment of the Cuban family during the second month of each year.

Both authors, editors, translators, designers, illustrators, distributors and the general public will be able to enjoy a square designed for the exhibition, negotiation, commercialization and promotion of Cuban and foreign literature.
