Sixty-five chronicles written by Graziella Pogolotti, an outstanding Cuban intellectual and winner of the National Literary Prize, have been collected under the title "En Busca del Unicornio" (In Search of the Unicorn), which is available to readers on Thursday.
Pogolotti gives, through pedagogy, lessons to learn the greatness of history and art and not to cease in the tireless search for the good of all.
Published by Ediciones Unión, the text is available at the library the the National Union of Cuban Writers and Artists (UNEAC) in El Vedado neighborhood in Havana, the cultural institution posted on Facebook.
The articles cover issues such as art, education, national identity, and confluence of generations.
The volume is a mix of anecdotes, biographies, and literary references by Pogolotti, who was a professor at the University of Havana for more than 40 years.
