Likewise, the traditional return to the ceiba tree was held at the Templete, this November 15, and there are concerts, exhibitions of visual arts, inauguration of new premises and activities for the little ones at home.

The celebration for the 502 anniversary is also a platform to celebrate the 25 years of the founding of Editorial Bolona, ​​in charge of rescuing the bibliographic memory of the nation and publishing works on the work of the Office of the Historian of the City of Havana and contemporary Cuban culture. For this, new books have been made available to the public, and others already published previously.

Bologna, which owes its name to a notable family of printers, publishes volumes of various disciplines, genres and authors; as well as first editions and co-editions with Cuban and foreign publishers, records, serials and multimedia.

Its production and content have earned it numerous awards; And every year, during the International Book Fair of Havana they prepare a wide program of activities and book presentations.
