Under the imprint of the American publishing house La Pereza de Gainesville, Honduran cartoonist Luis Chávez today recreates, in vignettes, various moments that colored the life of Argentine soccer player Diego Armando Maradona. 

Died on November 25, 2020 at the age of 60, the star known as Pelusa appears reflected in the volume Maradona, with a few lines, which does not skimp on depicting controversial passages such as the expulsion from the 1994 World Cup.

According to the publishing company, in its 120 pages the book takes advantage of the cartoon to use humor as a tool and covers the events that made it the 'Hand of God', the 'Golden Boy', among many other epithets .

The book ironically portrays the lights and shadows of the 'Cosmic Kite', loved and hated in a visceral way almost in equal parts, as it happens with geniuses, while remaining loyal to the Maradonian essence , points out the presentation of the text.

He also picks up on the feat of 1986 when his playing skills were masterfully demonstrated and dragged the Argentine team to victory during the World Cup in Mexico against England.
