The University of Havana (UH) will be participating until March 24 as the guest of honor of the International Summer School (EIV) at the University of Panama (UP).

UP Vice Rector for University Extension Ricardo Him recalled that when this center was inaugurated in 1935, Cub’s prestigious institution of higher studies, founded in 1728, was one of its sponsors.

Him added that the sixth EIV session this year will have a special format and more than 40 national and international exhibitors will participate, including 30 professors from the UH, as well as professionals from Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Bolivia and Mexico.

The program of the event consists of seminars, diploma courses, round table discussion and lectures, which will be held virtually, face-to-face and in combined formats.
