The Gary Nader Art Centre, in the city of Miami, in the United States, is getting organizing a restrospective exhibition dedicated to the most universal Cuban painter, Wifredo Lam.
The exhibition will open on May 9 at that cultural institution, known worldwide for its dedication to promoting Latin American and contemporary art, according to an article published by Arte por Excelencias magazine.
The Gary Nader Art Centre, founded in 1985, is a fundamental space in Miami’s cultural scene that offers a platform for emerging and established artists, and is committed to presenting exhibitions that challenge and expand the boundaries of contemporary art.
In its ample spaces, the center has hosted some of the most prestigious exhibitions, while serving as an important meeting point for art enthusiasts and collectors from around the world.
The center organizes individual and group exhibitions by outstanding artists like Abu Naba’a, Atchugarry, Basquiat, Bermúdez, Botero, Bravo, Cárdenas, Carreño, Chagall, Chamberlain, Chia, Condo, Cruz-Diez, Dubuffet, Fontana, Galán, Goldfarb, Goldin, Gursky, Miró, Monet, and Picasso, among many others.
The institution, which holds the title of the world’s largest gallery, has an exhibition gallery, the Nader Museum and a soon-to-be-opened Sculpture Park in the Miami Design District.
