The sixth edition of the International Electronic Music Festival, Eyeife, invites all musicians, DJs and producers, up to 35 years of age and residing in Cuba, to participate in the Eyeife 2022 creation contest.

The purpose is to stimulate the creation of original musical works of electronic fusion, that incorporate elements of our broad cultural heritage, and the traditional rhythms of Cuban music.

Participants must send at least one original song of electronic music fused with rhythms, timbres or genres of Cuban music, where the sound heritage of the Island is the protagonist.

The original works must not exceed three minutes and 30 seconds in length, and must be sent as attachments by email in mp3/m4a format to the following address: eyeifeconvoca@gmail.com , or delivered to the PM Records offices. , located at Calle 11 #257 between J and I, Vedado, Havana.

In addition, the application must be accompanied by a curriculum vitae or biography of no more than one page, in which contact telephone numbers are included.

A jury made up of Edesio Alejandro, Enmanuel Blanco, Kike Wolf and Mauricio Abad will select a first, second and third prize, which will be awarded in cash on this occasion.

The first prize will be 5,000 CUP, the second prize will be 3,000 CUP and for third place the prize will be 2,000 CUP. In addition, the winners will be part of the line up of the main stage of Eyeife 2022.

The Eyeife International Electronic Music Festival, considered the largest dedicated to the genre that takes place on the Island, is consolidated every year as a space dedicated to the development of Cuban music and culture.
