Renowned US songwriter and singer KC Porter hit digital platforms with his CD KC Porter Presents: Azabache de Cuba (La Calle esta Caliente), fully dedicated to traditional Cuban music.

KC Porter, producer for outstanding music stars like Michael Jackson, Beyonce and Ricky Martin presented his CD as a co-production by Insignia Records and Meta Platforms Inc.

The album includes different Cuban music styles, and along the Santiago de Cuba band known as Azabache other singers and musicians from eastern Cuba also participate in the CD.

The renowned US musician said that he is a great admirer of traditional Cuban music which he considers matrix of a lot of music being produced around the world. The CD was recorded and mixed in Santiago de Cuba by Ivan Salas, and counted on the co-production here by Alden Gonzalez and Damian Busqueta, under the direction of Wilber Jesus Cos.
