The Musical Recording and Edition Company (EGREM) presents the record La Mulata Callejera in the San Remo Music Awards. This record, produced by Laronte Productions, rescues the musical memory of the versatile Italian performer Lucía Altieri.
The record comprises the artist’s first recordings, done between 1961 and 1962, and compiled on meticulously restored tapes in order to enjoy the work of a music star with an eclectic vocation. In that same record, we can highlight song like Pia y el Pantalón, Yo y mi Sombra, Gracias, Tango cha cha cha, Adiós Pampa Mía, and Ay, que Calor, which were very popular in their time.
La Mulata Callejera is classified as a musical relic by that friend of Cuba, who considers it as its second homeland in a musical trip of love and brotherhood between both nations, in order to display Cubanhood with pride.
